The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in each product sheet. FRANCOLLLECTION tries to be the most accurate in the description of the products but its responsibility cannot be engaged if errors have been introduced. The photographs do not fall within the scope of the contract.

The products are offered for sale until the stock is exhausted. In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible by e-mail and will have the choice between a refund according to the payment method initially used or an exchange of the product. The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days.


The customer puts in his online shopping cart the products he wants to buy by clicking on “Add to cart” on the product description sheet. At any time he can view the contents of his basket by clicking on “Cart” at the top right of the page.

Before definitively validating his order, it is systematically proposed to the customer to check the details of the order in order to correct any errors (model, quantity, price,…). The customer validates his order when he clicks on the link “Validate my order”.

Once the order has been confirmed, Francollection confirms it by sending the customer an e-mail containing the details of the order (products, prices, delivery address, shipping times, etc.).

Upon delivery, the customer will receive an invoice with the ordered products.


The product sheet indicates the prices in euros excluding tax, excluding shipping costs. FRANCOLLLECTION benefits from the VAT-based exemption (VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the CGI).

FRANCOLLLECTION reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in force on the date of the order.

The customer can pay for his purchases by Paypal, credit card or check.

The current site does not offer the option of payment by cheque. The customer who wishes to pay by check must contact the customer service by email in order to validate his order. It should also be noted that the shipping of the ordered item will only be done after receipt and cashing of the check.

If the debit of the amount due by the customer would prove impossible (opposition, refusal of the issuing bank…), the order will not be recorded by the company FRANCOLLECTION.


The customer will be notified on the home page in case of a period of non-shipment.

Shipping costs appear on the summary screen before the order is validated. Shipping costs vary according to the weight of the package and the destination.

The order will be shipped within one to seven working days from the day following the validation of the order by FRANCOLLECTION.

Following the shipment of the products by the company FRANCOLLECTION, the delivery time will be 4 working days for any shipment by registered Colissimo for France. The customer will be able to track his package thanks to the tracking number that will be communicated to him by email when the order is sent. The package is delivered against signature. In the event of absence, a notice of passage is left in the mailbox. You then have 15 days to retrieve it.

For any order to a country other than metropolitan France, the shipping and delivery time is approximately 10 working days.

The payment of any costs necessary for the entry of the ordered products into the delivery territory (customs duties and formalities, import taxes, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the customer, which he accepts.

Refusal of payment by the customer of customs fees results in the cancellation of the order and its refund. Any transport and customs clearance costs paid by FRANCOLLECTION to recall the order will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer on the website. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes. In order for the deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, etc.).

Products purchased on the website that are not used and in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be refunded.

The risks associated with this return are the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore recommended to obtain proof of this return, including a date of dispatch.

Each product is manufactured meticulously, in a sustainable way, however in the event of a quality problem due to a manufacturing defect we undertake to repair or replace the item at our expense during the 6 months following its purchase.
